 Ascend’s 3rd National Convention is our annual flagship event, which brings together members and non-members, professionals and students, and mentees and mentors alike from across the country. This three-day program includes the following components:

• our renowned “View from the Top” mentoring program, where each participant can engage a senior executive mentor
• numerous soft-skill, leadership development, and business topic programs, including sessions focused on Health Care, International Business, and Effective Communications
• the Career Fair, to be held on Sunday, August 15, which convenes our ~50 sponsors with attendees seeking career opportunities
• and much more!
