ß All applicants must be student member of Ascend
ß Mentees’ involvement in ongoing Ascend events
ß Time Commitment – an 8-month program involving meeting once a month and monthly progress update to program committee
ß Monthly face-to-face meetings or conference call to review the to-dos and decide on the next steps
